Reservation Rewards is a program designed to increase your revenue and encourage customer loyalty by offering a cash-back reward and several travel-related benefits and discounts to returning customers. After completing a hotel reservation, the customer is prompted by a "Special Reward" banner to claim a $10 cash-back reward toward the next reservation they make on your website plus a comprehensive package of money-saving benefits if they agree to try out a Reservation Rewards membership for 30 days at no cost to them.

The Reservations Rewards program encourages customer loyalty by giving your customers an incentive to come back and make a repeat reservation on your website. WCT Partners earn $5 for each customer who tries the customer loyalty program. This amount is automatically added to your monthly commission check. This program is a proven way for WCT Partners to generate increased revenue, improve conversion rates, and to expand repeat business.

HOW RESERVATION REWARDS WORKS
|
It's easy for customers to get their $10 reward, enjoy membership benefits and for WCT Partners to receive a commission. Here's how it works: the Reservation Rewards offer is presented to your customers on their reservation confirmation page. Customers can then click and go to a special page to review the benefits and terms and conditions.
If the customer agrees to sign up for a free 30-day trial of Reservation Rewards, the information entered while making the reservation is then conveniently carried over to their program application. This includes the e-mail address, name and address, and valid billable credit card with expiration date of the customer. The customer then enters their e-mail address once more on the Offer Page to verify enrollment. After completing the no obligation 30-day trial, the Reservation Rewards membership fee of approximately $9 per month is billed to the same credit or debit card used to book the hotel.
In order to get the $10.00 cash back award, customers simply send their reservation confirmation to the address of the rebate center posted and they get a $10.00 check in the mail within four to six weeks.

HOW DO MY CUSTOMERS BENEFIT?

Customers receive a $10 cash back award when they make a subsequent reservation on your site plus a 30-day free trial to Reservation Rewards, a travel related discount and protection program offering:
- Savings at over 650 leading retailers and service providers, including shopping, auto repair, home & garden products, pet care and more
- Discounts up to 50% at over 11,000 top attractions including theme parks, museums, live performances and more
- Dining discounts (including buy one get one free offers) at 40,000+ fast food, casual and fine dining restaurants
- Travel Protection including Trip Delay Protection, Hotel Over-Booking Protection, and Lost/Delayed Baggage Protection
- Credit Card Fraud Protection
- 24-hour emergency towing and lockout protection
If WCT Partners do not wish to offer the Reservation Rewards program, they may turn off this feature at any time in the Partner Support Center.
At this time, the Reservation Rewards program offer is available only to residents of the U.S., Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Canada and Europe are planned for inclusion in the program in the near future.

HASSLE-FREE CANCELLATION
|
Customers may cancel their membership benefits at no charge via a toll-free call, e-mail or the online interface provided; cancellations are processed within 1-3 business days. If the cancellation is made after the billing cycle has begun after the 30-day trial, customers may request a refund of the current month's membership fee with no questions asked. As long as the cancellation is made at least 24 hours after signing up for the Reservation Rewards program, customers will still receive the $10 rebate on their next booking, and WCT Partners receive the $5 commission.
